While the essential qualities of a great leadership have not changed significantly over time, the emphasis placed on certain qualities has evolved to meet cultural imperatives. Given the current challenges facing business leaders in a global, knowledge-based economy, a new set is necessary to make leaders of the future.

In today’s market environment where intellectual properties and creativity are essential competitive advantages, it is more important than ever to focus on human interactions. Organizations today and tomorrow will need to adapt to changing market conditions and technological developments. Leaders of the future will therefore need to be skilled at managing and leading changes.
